Shipping Policy

All orders begin to be prepared when the payment is confirmed. All orders are sent from our local in Spain, you will receive an email with the tracking of your order.

Our handling time is 2 to 4 business days. This means that your order will generally be shipped within this period.

Exceptionally, there may be delays in processing time during Black Friday & Christmas

Make sure all the data submitted is correct when placing an order; We are not responsible for incorrect/incomplete information, such as name, shipping or billing addresses, postal code, telephone number, etc.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

The prices on the site do not include taxes or customs duties Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of duty you will pay, but your local customs should be able to estimate the price if it does get held back by customs which we cannot predict

The courier is always responsible for delivering the package. If a package is considered delivered by courier and has not been received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure that the merchandise is delivered correctly.

Return & Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality service and ensuring you are happy with your order.  With that in mind, our Returns Policy is below. We accept returns within 20 days from after the reception of your order. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
Before closing the return package, please include a  piece of paper with your order number and your name inside the parcel so we can identify it. Please keep in mind that if the item you wanted to exchange is no longer in stock, we will give you a refund instead. Please email us & we will provide the shipping address and any further info you may require 
Enter your order number (it can be found in your order confirmation email and looks something like this #00000) and zip code.
The term for the refund/exchange can range between 3 and 12 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses. As soon as we verify the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the refund will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase.

Returns must be sent in the same state in which they are received. Inside the original packaging and the order number. If the garments are received in poor condition, the refund will not be made. We will be very strict with the state of the garments (makeup stains, aromas, etc.).

Once the quality control has been passed, we will process the refund/exchange if the returned garment.

For hygiene reasons, the bikini bottoms and swimsuits have a plastic hygiene sticker. If you want to return these types of items, it is essential that they keep the protection sticker.

If you receive an erroneous order or a defective product, we ask that you contact us immediately, within 24 hours, at the following email address, indicating the error or defect, together with your personal data:
